To help remind you of your appointment a reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment to help avoid any fees if you can no longer attend.

 

DEPOSIT 

Please note a £20 booking fee is required when making your Appointment. This can be paid via the app or by calling the salon

 

CONSULTATIONS / QUESTIONNAIRE 

You will receive a consultation and covid related questionnaire via email or text after your booking which must be filled out before your appointment.

TIMEKEEPING

Please be aware that if you attend your appointment late we may need to reschedule to a more suitable time, we can only wait a maximum of 10 mins after your appointment time to be able to start your appointment. Any longer than this and we will have to reschedule and you will be liable for the cancellation fee.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment the charges are as follows;

48 Hours notice = deposit will be refunded

47 - 24 hours notice = deposit non refundable

Cancellation less than 24 hours notice or a no show will result in the full payment of the treatment booked in for and must be paid before attending your next appointment.

TREATMENT PAYMENT

All payments for treatments must be made in full upon completion of your treatment. We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express and cash. If you are using a gift voucher please bring this with you to your appointment.

COURSES

Please note that all courses must be paid for at your first appointment and completed within the time period highlighted in the specific package you have purchased.

PRICES

All prices are displayed on my website/treatment menus and booking system and have the right to be changed at any time.

PLEASE ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONE

With the recent Covid restrictions in place please attend your appointment alone unless you require a career.  

TREATMENT RESTRICTIONS

Due to my insurance policy we do have some treatment restrictions that we must abide by. These will be discussed in your consultation and you will be asked at the start of each treatment if there has been any changes in your health/medication or general well being  since your last appointment.

PARKING

Free on road parking.

Please be considerate of my neighbours and when possible park directly outside my premises also feel free to park on the drive if there is a free space.

Please note I am not responsible for any personal property including vehicles whilst you have your treatments.

 

CLIENT RECORD CARDS

Please be aware I am required by my insurance company to do a consultation with the appropriate questions in relation to your treatment.

Some of my consultation forms will be sent before your appointment to save time by making sure your chosen treatment can go ahead.

At your first appointment and every year a more indepth consultation will be carried out.

This is to make sure that it is safe to proceed with your chosen treatment however please note it is not guaranteed that a reaction might still occur, however this is very rare and patch tests will be carried out for certain products to hopefully avoid this happening. 

All consultations are done electronically and are inline with GDPR guidelines to keep your records safe and confidential and never shared without your permission. 

MINORS

Due to suppliers and insurance policies there is a restriction on certain products and treatments that are allowed be carried out.

Parents or guardian consent will be required for anyone under the age of 18 years old.Any one under the age of 16 years old will need to attend with a parent or guardian.
